The IN Life Story Guide is a program to help you become the author of your life story through goal setting, daily tasks, scheduling and journaling, all while managing your mood, mental health, and physical health. The program is built for individuals and families.
Student Toolkit
This toolkit is to aid students of all ages reach their academic goals, all while taking care of their mental and physical health. This includes tools for setting and organizing schedules, extracurriculars, homework, and having a life outside of school.
Gymnastics Toolkit
This toolkit is to aid you in accomplishing your goals as a competitive or elite gymnast all while taking care of your mental and physical health. This includes tools for achieving goals and combating fears, journals, as well as checklists for practices and meets.
Gymnastics Coaches Toolkit
This toolkit is to aid you in accomplishing your goals as a competitive gymnastics coach, all while taking care of you and your gymnasts’ mental and physical health. This includes tools for organizing and sharing goals, as well as checklists for practices and meets.
Therapy Toolkit
This toolkit is to aid you in accomplishing your goals in counseling & therapy. This will guide you through the process of finding a therapist and having goal oriented sessions with them. This includes tools for setting goals, useful coping strategies, and journaling.
